July Book Giveaway No.1

Its time for the my 1st giveaway of the month. I'm giving away 2 e-books. They are not new releases. However I recently purchased them and since I enjoyed them I would like to share them with you.

The 1st book I'm giving away is  "  A Promise For Breanna by Al Lacy "

The Angel of Mercy series follows the adventures of certified medical nurse Breanna Baylor as she seeks to serve her fellow man and restore her relationship with her true love-John Stranger of the Journeys of the Stranger series-in the post-Civil War West. A Promise for Breanna finds the heroine face to face with Frank Miller, the man who once broke her heart and led her to mistrust men, sabotaging her relationship with John Stranger. Suspense, danger, romance, and spiritual truth each play a part in this compelling story that draws readers into the life of an angel of mercy.

And the 2nd book I'm giving away is " Yellow Rose Bride by Lori Copeland "

Seven years ago, seamstress Vonnie Taylor's husband of twenty-four hours, Adam Baldwin, had their marriage annulled. Now she faces the ultimate indignity: sewing the wedding dress for his new intended!
Vonnie hasn't gotten over the handsome Texas rancher, though she'd tried to put him out of her mind after a family feud had doomed their love. Now, as past secrets are uncovered and danger unleashed, Vonnie is thrown together once more with the man who broke her heart. And as the difficulties bring the pair ever closer, this Yellow Rose of Texas discovers that love is always worth the wait.

  1. Wow, thank you for being so generous!

    I am a follower.

I can think of two verses. The first is my life verse, Proverbs 18:24- A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. I love this verse because my friends, and especially my best friend have stuck by me through everything, including my rocky childhood.

The other I don't remember the reference of, but it says- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. It constantly reminds me that He can help me, and I can do whatever I set my mind to if I focus on Him.

  2. I'd have to say Roman 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose."

It just inspires me whenever I feel like things are coming undone - God knows what He is doing and He does it all for my good.

    Thanks - Katie

  4. Thank you for the giveaway. My life verse that I go to daily is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future." It always helps give me a lift during the day.

    Many Blessings,
    Cindy W.

  7. What a great giveaway! My favorite verse, well actually there are two, are Jeremiah 29:11, which reminds me that God has all things under control and His plans are perfect, and 2 Corinthians 12:9, which reminds me that though I am a weak sinner, God is proven strong in my weakness and grace-bestowing in my wrong doings.
Thanks SO much; an awesome giveaway! I'm a follower!
